“We decided to create this shoot as we wanted to showcase the new wedding venue High Lea Farm in Penistone. The venue has stunning views overlooking the beautiful town of Penistone in Yorkshire. Couples have the choice of using the barn with a capacity of 350 guests or with land available to have a tipi, yurts or marquee wedding.”

“The venue also benefits from a campsite were guests can stay over glamping. We also wanted to debut our new Wedding Car Hire business Sun and Surf VW wedding car hire. With our 1970 VW T2 California import Camper van and our matching Convertible Beetle.”

“The inspiration for the shoot came from our California camper. We wanted to bring the California boho vibe to the peaks of Yorkshire. Using nude, pale pinks for the boho vibe, but bringing in contrasting deep greens and black to mirror the Yorkshire peaks. Bringing a little bit of California vibe to Yorkshire.”

“The flowers used were pampas grass, black and white calla lilies and a mix of black and pale pink and white orchids. To bring in the nude we used toffee, Sahara and quick sand roses. The colours were used to complement the vehicles and the scenery.”
