Spring is here and there’s nothing we love more than lighter nights with a cocktail in hand… bliss! If you’re a USA reader, today is also Gin and Tonic Day so to celebrate we thought we would share a few gin-based products and cocktail recipes; perfect for a spring-summer wedding or in fact any wedding! We’ve got some expert gin producers, products, and easy to follow recipes to help you create the perfect drink and for the teetotal amongst you (or the drivers) there are some no alcohol options too!
Gin Cocktails
Picnic Fizz
with TW Kempton
Ingredients:
50ml TW Kempton Strawberries & Cream Gin Liqueur
20ml lemon juice
Top with Prosecco
Method:
Build in a chilled flute and garnish with a strawberry – we recommend garnishing with a strawberry heart, perfect to impress a loved one!
White Russian
With Conker
Ingredients:
40ml Conker Cold Brew
40ml Vodka (we like Black Cow)
Double cream
Method:
Shake your spirits with ice and strain into a tumbler filled with cubed ice. Float lightly whipped (dry shake) cream on top and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Cream Tea
with TW Kempton
Ingredients:
50ml TW Kempton Strawberries & Cream Gin Liqueur
25ml lemon juice
Handful of mint
3 sliced strawberries
Top with soda
Method:
Roll and dirty pour into a jam jar with ice before topping with soda – perfect for summertime sipping!
Negroni Bianco
With Conker
Ingredients:
30ml Dorset Dry Gin
25ml Suze Aperitif
30ml Lillet Blanc
Orange or grapefruit peel to garnish
Method:
Fill a tumbler glass with ice and build up with Dorset Dry Gin, Suze Aperitif and Lillet Blanc. Stir for a good 20 seconds to dilute with ice melt. Garnish with a twist of orange or grapefruit peel. Sip on!

If you’re looking for gin-based products this chocolate from Choc Affair is the way to go! Great for wedding favours on the big day, or just to enjoy the night before the wedding. These are great for the night before the wedding if you don’t want the after-effects of alcohol on your wedding day, or a great option for designated drivers or teetotal guests!

Pink Grapefruit Mocktail
With Franklin and Sons
Ingredients:
Fresh pomegranate juice
Your choice of fruit
Fresh rosemary
Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water with Bergamot
Method:
Add fresh pomegranate juice in a highball glass filled with ice, top with Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water with Bergamot. Garnish with your choice of fresh fruit and a sprig of rosemary
Strawberry and Elderflower Mocktail
With Franklin and Sons
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberry purée
Elderflower cordial
Fresh strawberries
Cucumber
Basil
Franklin & Sons Elderflower Tonic Water with Cucumber
Method:
Combine 25ml elderflower cordial and 25ml strawberry puree in a large Copa glass filled with ice. Top with Franklin & Sons Elderflower Tonic Water with Cucumber. Garnish with fresh strawberries, a strip of cucumber and fresh basil.
