I’m a cake artist, specialising in buttercream wedding cakes (no fondant here, my friends). I work with buttercream as it allows me to really get creative with texture and colour, not to mention it's absolutely delicious.
I left the corporate world to start baking full-time in 2019, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve always loved baking and to be able to call this my job is a dream come true.
I live in South London with my husband, our little girl and our two cats. I’m a Londoner through and through - I love the buzz of city life and need my 24 eateries/supermarkets. I’m a self-professed Office super fan, currently obsessed with Chai lattes and aspire to be a crazy cat lady.
I run my business completely single-handedly; from designing and making wedding cakes to delivering orders, answering emails and marketing, so when you book Greenfox Bakery for your wedding cake, it will be me and only me you deal with.
My favourite cakes to design are the more non-traditional wedding cakes - loads of colour, texture and square tiers.
I believe that your wedding cake should be a show-stopping, centrepiece of your wedding day, that reflects you and your partner’s personality. Cake should never be an afterthought, particularly when it's one of the most photographed pieces of your whole day.
I am proud to be an accredited member of the Sustainable Wedding Alliance, which is a collective of businesses with the joint purpose of creating a more sustainable, environmentally conscious wedding industry. I gained my accreditation in April 2023 and am the first wedding cake maker to achieve this.
I am inclusive to all couples. I firmly believe in the phrase ‘do as you would be done by’ - treat others in the same way you expect to be treated. That’s how I try to live my life, what I try to teach my daughter, and how I run my business.
