12:00 pm – Confetti Mixology Workshop With Adamapple
Create your perfect mix of biodegradable confetti from a range of different sizes, shapes and textures on offer at The Confetti Bar. Understand how each variety falls and learn about the different petal shapes and packaging options as you create a perfect selection of beautiful, eco-friendly confetti that will look amazing in photos whilst being kind to the planet. Adamapple confetti is packaged in biodegradable, plastic-free packaging so the entire confetti mixology experience can be experienced guilt-free.
12:30 pm – How to have a body-positive wedding dress experience with Feathers and Florence
Liam and Melissa from Feathers and Florence – a luxury bridal studio based in the Ribble Valley – are here with some top tips to ensure that shopping for your wedding dress is the most successful and feel-good experience possible. Navigate your bridalwear research and dress fittings feeling body confident and positive, so that you feel like your most beautiful and unique self by the time you walk down the aisle.
13:00 pm – How to enjoy your wedding photography (even if you hate having your pic taken!) with Kate McCarthy Photography
Kate McCarthy is a wedding photographer who wants the capture the essence of YOU at your wedding; seeing her job as an see my job as an archivist. Capturing your wedding and your family & friends in such a way that it preserves those moments; your wedding photos then become a time capsule, a reminder of the details, the feelings & emotions, the dancing, the vows, and the joy. She will be on hand to put you at ease when having your photos taken even if you maybe hate having them done! She’ll cover the chemistry between photographer and couple and how to prepare, timings and flow so that the photography blends seamlessly into the day without disruption, and how to enjoy it!
13:30 pm – How to know if your wedding venue is truly sustainable with The Holford Estate
Frances and the team at The Holford Estate care about both its historical past and the future of the planet. As well as working with local suppliers who themselves have good green credentials, The Holford Estate also harvests their rainwater and uses green energy. They ensure that they follow the best recycling practices. In addition, they also utilise LED lighting and operate as close to paperless as possible.
