An intimate beach elopement wedding is the perfect choice for the current situation (it is 2020 for anyone reading in the future) and nothing gets dreamier than this East Mersea Island inspiration created by stylist Beth of Miss Carlysle and Co & photographer Ioana of Ioana Porav Photography. They came together to create this beautiful beach elopement wedding shoot, with a picturesque setting full of intimate details. We catch up with them and the team behind the shoot…
“An elopement shoot… a private beach, the two of you, closest friends, no stress with just having a few guests. We wanted to create a complete intimate setting in the most beautiful surroundings”
Florist Queen and Eden says; “The colour palette for the florals was so dreamy. They complimented the surroundings perfectly. The pinks were made up of beautiful soft Rose Charmant and Rose Bellini. I used Nigella Da power blue for pale blue touches reflecting the sea and sky. A couple Rose Buttercup’s just looked stunning against the rusty colours of the rocks. So elegant.”
“Our hair stylist and virtual make up artist Rue said “I had a wonderful time styling our gorgeous model. The look we created had some Disney’s little mermaid inspiration to suit the location of the shoot.”
“Aureus Flos is a fine art brand with selection of handcrafted and uniquely designed headpieces and jewelry which stands opposed to the repeatable and ‘disposable’ today’s world. During photoshoot we used one of the most popular and versatile accessories – Orla headband. Inspired by golden ears of grain and romantic meadows perfectly blends with todays bridal trends. This beautiful headpiece is true labour of love. Hand made of thousands of tiny seed beads in three shades of gold with a little sparkle from crystal clear rhinestones is a true queen of Botanica Collection. The headband is fully handwired into small twigs, creating nature inspired, golden leaf crown. If you are looking for a truly unique hair piece to wear on your wedding day, she will be your perfect choice.”
“To keep in with the beach theme Hayley from the Dunstable Cake House. created a cake with edible sails in pink and blue pastels. The edges were hand painted with a metallic silver paint and dressed with edible pearls. The entire cake was sprayed with a pearl shimmer and fit the brief perfectly. It was a great style for the beach shoot. The dress is a romantic and ethereal style, one of Lisa Lyons’ Made to Measure designs. Ivory sequinned lace layered accented with nude tones and soft glitter tulle.”
